Shipping, Return, and Refund Policies

At Animalove&Care we ship nationwide through allied transport companies, which guarantee security and coverage so that the products arrive effectively at the address provided by our customer/buyer at the time of purchase on our website. Shipments are subject to product availability and delivery times depend directly on the contracted transport company at the time of shipment. In the same way, the value of the shipment will be stipulated at the time of purchase as it may vary according to the place and city of destination.
Delivery times
Delivery times start from the confirmation of your payment. Payments made by credit card and using the PSE button will receive approval confirmation directly from the platform, which can take up to one business day, the times start counting immediately after you make the purchase by any of our means and it is accepted and verified by our staff; At the time of approval of the order payment, you will receive an email with the confirmation.
Shipping costs
To offer you a quick response and guarantee competitive prices, our shipments have minimal costs depending on the sector where you are located, which we will detail at the time of completion of the purchase on our website.
Due to traffic issues, unforeseen events, route order and mobility, orders do not have an exact schedule, in case you need to schedule your order, you must do it at least one day in advance to ensure that the logistics are effective.
Your product may be received by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the time of delivery, and, in that case, the order will be declared received and accepted. If the packaging is altered, broken, or in poor condition, you must immediately notify the conveyor.
Remember to check your order and its status in the presence of the homeowner, and contact us in case there is any anomaly or damage to the product.
Return Policies
• Products in the Offers or Promotion sections, or with any type of discount offered, are not eligible for returns. Make sure before you make the payment that you are purchasing the correct product.
• Returns will always be made for the value paid by our customer/buyer for the product, this does not include the value of the shipping paid, and financial expenses will be deducted, as the case may be. Please keep in mind, depending on the payment method you have used, financial institutions charge a value or commission depending on the case.
• If at the time of your purchase you use a discount coupon and a return is made, you will lose the benefit and you will not be able to use it again.
• Hygiene and care products for pets cannot be returned.
• Products in poor condition, opened, used, abused, dirty or deteriorated, cannot be returned.
• To make the request for the return of medicines and pet food, you have 24 hours from the delivery of the product to carry out the return procedure before us by any of our official means. Be sure to record the stipulated times in the communications.
• Accessories, bedding and other non-food, non-perishable or non-medicinal products will have a period of 5 (five) calendar days from receipt of the product.
• If the change is voluntary, the customer must bear the shipping and collection costs.
• To complete the return request, you must keep the receipt or proof of purchase from Animalove&Care
• For special cases you can contact us, and we will be able to carry out the personalized management, if applicable. We will look for alternatives, the idea is always to guarantee the best shopping experience with us.
How do I make a return?
To start the process of your return, please contact our Customer Service line to specify the product and the reason for your return.
Once the return has been accepted, we will proceed to manage the collection of the product, if possible, you can send it to our facilities; Remember that the value of the shipment is non-refundable.
After we receive the product and have accepted the return in accordance with our policies, you may have the following options:
1. Request a voucher for the value in favor, valid for 6 months. It is the fastest and most recommended option: in 4 days we will make your refund.
2. Refund to your bank account. This process can take up to 10 business days, as it is a process that depends on the bank.
3. Reversal of the transaction. This process can take up to 15 business days, as it depends on the bank.
Once the return process has begun, and in case of requiring additional data, you will have up to 30 calendar days to provide the relevant information, after this period of time, the request is considered abandoned by the customer.
